Rosie & Jim are delighted to donate €1000 to the Light up a Life Christmas event.

Rosie & Jim have made a donation in the amount of €500 to the Irish Cancer Society Night Nurse.

This charity service is so important for cancer patients and their families - especially at Christmas.

Please read through the letter from the Irish Cancer Society and donate if you can...

My name is Hilary, and I work as a Night Nurse for the Irish Cancer Society. For me, learning that this is many people’s last wish has been incredibly powerful. Because it shows how in the most emotional and heart-breaking of times, the things that comfort us most are those small, precious moments. Like hearing grandchildren laughing in the next room. The chance to have important conversations. The cosiest blanket. A window cracked open to hear the birds in the morning. Loved ones checking in, holding your hand, wrapping you up in warmth and love. Right now, you can help a family have their loved one at home during those final precious days, by providing them with a Night Nurse. I can't picture a more beautiful, moving or important Christmas gift.

Specialised Clinical Trolleys - Rosie & Jim Chicken ProductsThese clinical trolleys are used for easy mobility of suction machines and other vital medical equipment. They are made from a type of Perspex which is so easy to keep hygienically clean. As such they also look much nicer and are far less noisy, which means they do not frighten or intimidate our children in the same way as stainless steel trolley’s.

We were very much in need of 4 of these trolley’s to enable our medical team to distribute their treatments as safely and easily as possible, with as little upset to our children as possible.

Rosie & Jim sponsored these 4 trolley’s for us at a cost of €2,300, making a huge difference to the Hazel House unit of LauraLynn – Ireland’s Children’s Hospice.

Rosie & Jim are delighted to support St. Conleth’s Ladies Football Club and are very pleased to donate €2000 to the club again in 2023!

Here is Pebbles, one of the adorable Irish Guide Dogs puppies proudly sponsored by Rosie & Jim. Captured here by her puppy raiser Niamh in Sandyford, Pebbles is quickly settling into her new home and embarking on an incredible journey. At just 3 months old, Pebbles, along with her furry friends, is starting to explore the world and learn the ropes. These early months are crucial as they work with our dedicated puppy raising supervisors. They're mastering basic commands and taking their first steps in socialisation – all key skills for their future roles as guide dogs.

Every day is an adventure for Pebbles, from discovering new sights and sounds to understanding how she can one day become a life-changing companion for someone with vision impairment.

Stay tuned for more updates on Pebbles and her journey with Rosie & Jim. It's not just about training; it's about nurturing a hero!

Rosie & Jim are pleased to have donated €1,500 to the St. Conleth’s Ladies Gaelic Foodball team again in 2021.

The St. Conleths club was formed in 2002 and is the Courtwood ladies club joined by players from the Portarlington area. The club’s name comes from a hurling club in the area in the 1960s.

Rosie & Jim recently sponsored Rath National School €15,000 for a sensory room for children with special needs within the school.

The parents of the children attended the launch and had a lovely reception of tea and buns for Rosie.  They presented her with flowers and a lovely card on the day as a special thank you. We are both thrilled to be able to donate to a life changing resource like this.

Wishing the children at Rath N.S. many happy hours in the sensory room.
