Mini Chicken and Spinach Tartlets
Ingredients
Top Tip - These are great for Christmas Finger Food!
- 12 Rosie & Jim Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken cooked as per instructions
- 2 Gluten Free wraps
- Handful of baby spinach leaves (cooked for 1 min in the microwave)
- Gluten Free Mayonnaise
- Gluten Free Taco sauce
Method:
Using a scone cutter, cut the wraps into circles and push each circle into a muffin tray.
Make a small ball of foil for each one and push one into each circle and bake at 180◦c for 10 mins.
Allow to cool, mix the mayonnaise and taco spoon into the shells, top with spinach and then chicken.
Gooey Cheese Spider
Ingredients
- Rosie & Jim Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken cooked as per instructions
- 1 whole Camembert, warmed in the oven for 15 mins.
Method:
Using a scone cutter, cut the wraps into circles and push each circle into a muffin tray.
