- Goji berries
- Gluten Free Sweet Chilli Sauce
Needs
▪ Lollipop stick (available in baking sections)
Method
Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5 (Fan assisted oven heat to 180°C.)
Cook the battered chicken chunks as per pack.
Take some goji berries and grind to powder using a pestle and mortar.
Gently Heat up some gf sweet chilli sauce in a small saucepan until it has thickened.
Put each chicken piece onto a lollipop stick.
Dip one side of each lollipop into the sauce and then into the ground up goji berries
