Our Ultimate Christmas Turkey Burger is a delicious twist on traditional holiday flavours.
This recipe combines creamy Brie, tangy cranberry sauce, and fresh toppings for a burger that’s packed with Christmas cheer!

Method

Cook the Rosie & Jim Turkey Burger according to the package instructions until fully cooked and golden brown.
Lightly toast both halves of the burger bun in a pan or toaster for extra texture and flavour.
Spread cranberry sauce on the bottom bun.
Place the lettuce leaves and tomato slices on top.
Add the cooked turkey burger.
Layer the Brie slices on top of the burger while it’s still warm so they slightly melt.
Spread a little more cranberry sauce on the top bun, if desired.
Close the burger with the top bun and secure with a skewer, if needed.

Serve with sweet potato fries, festive coleslaw, or roasted veggies for a holiday touch.
