Cooking Instructions
 

For best results cook from frozen. This product contains raw chicken and must be cooked thoroughly with a core temperature >75°C for 2 minutes.

Oven:
Pre-heat oven to 190°C/180°C Fan, Gas Mark 5.
Place on baking tray in a single layer on the middle of pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning once during cooking time.

Deep Fat Fryer:
Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Place product in the basket and fry for approx 7 minutes. Ensure no pink meat remains, and the juices run clear before serving.

Chicken Breast Fillet (55%), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Pea Flour, Maize Flour, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Pea Protein, Salt, Glucose Syrup, Pea Fibre, Pea Starch, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Carbonates, Emulsifier: Guar Gum.
