The Coeliac Roadshow 2015 gives people all over Ireland a chance to visit the 100% gluten free food fair Ballynogluten Food Market which focuses on artisan food producers, well-established food producers and some products new to the market. In addition to Ballynogluten Food Market, the Coeliac Roadshow 2015 will feature a food demonstration and talks on gluten free living for newly-diagnosed.
The Coeliac Society invites everyone who is interested in living a gluten free diet. From newly diagnosed Coeliacs to parents of Coeliac children and professionals involved in the care of Coeliacs. The Roadshow will provide opportunities to meet Food Producers, Healthcare Professionals, Restaurant Owners, Caterers, Journalists, Food Bloggers and the Media.
