Rosie & Jim, Ballybrittas' product focus this week is Sweet Chilli & Garlic Kiev.

A tender breaded fillet of chicken filled with a popular blend of sweet chilli and garlic. Coating is light, golden and crispy.

• Ready to cook.
• Available as chilled or frozen chicken portions .
• Ideal for Supermarkets, Gourmet Foods stores, Butcher Shops, Cash and Carry’s,

Cooking Instructions: Oven bake for best results.  Preheat oven to 190ºC/375ºF/gas 5 (fan assisted ovens reduce temperature to 170ºC) Bake product for 25-30 minutes.  Cooking from frozen, allow an additional 10 minutes on to cooking time.
