We're delighted to welcome two new staff members to the Rosie & Jim team.
Colin Grimes is our new Technical Manager. He hails from the Sunny South East and comes to us from the beaches of Tramore. His background is in Environmental and Food Science, and is fresh from a project in a cheese factory where he was investigating the holes in Swiss Cheese!
Martina Scully, our new accounts-administrator. She brings in a lot of sunshine into our office every day and obviously a lot of good help with our various accounting and administration duties. Martina grew up in Leixlip, then moved to Dublin for around 20 years before moving with her family to their current home in Rathangan where they have plenty of space and can give home to lots of usual and unusual pets which are adored by their children.
