Well done to Bord Bia for hosting a fantastic event for the Foodservice industry.  The Bord Bia Foodservice Seminar 2016 was well organised with an interesting, knowledgeable line-up of speakers.

The topics covered by these speakers were relevant and informative and the speakers showed their expertise and innovation on their subject.

We left this full day event with an insight of what's to come for the foodservice industry and optimism for the future.

Here's a bit of info about the Seminar.

At this full day event Bord Bia will be publishing a new piece of research quantifying the size of the Irish foodservice market (North & South) and projected potential future developments. The report will also deliver a strong understanding of the market dynamics within each channel, examining the likely direction of these channels and the implications of this in terms of product and service requirements. It will build on the 2014 Irish Foodservice Channel Insights report.
