Southern Fried Chicken Fillets
A tender breaded fillet of chicken with a delicious, southern fried flavoured crumb. Coating is light, crispy and not too spicy!
Cook from frozen. Place product evenly on a baking tray in a single layer and bake in the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5 (for fan assisted ovens reduce temperature to 180ºC). If defrosting, reduce cooking time to 20-25 minutes.
