Southern Fried Chicken Fillets
A tender breaded fillet of chicken with a delicious, southern fried flavoured crumb. Coating is light, crispy and not too spicy!
This product is RAW chicken and must be cooked thoroughly – ensure product is cooked thoroughly before serving. Place product evenly on a baking tray in a single layer and bake in the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5 (for fan assisted ovens reduce temperature to 180ºC) or until the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout and that no pink meat remains.
Suitable for home freezing. If cooking from frozen, allow an additional 10 minutes cooking time.
