Garlic Chicken Kiev
Whole fillet of chicken filled with pure Irish garlic butter. Gluten free coating is light, golden and crispy.
This product is RAW chicken and must be cooked thoroughly – ensure product is cooked thoroughly before serving. Place product evenly on a baking tray in a single layer and bake in the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5 (for fan assisted ovens reduce temperature to 180ºC) or until the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout and that no pink meat remains.
