Salad - whatever you have going on in your fridge!
We used green salad leaves, rocket, tomato, cucumber and some Fullgreen Riced Sweet Potato which we picked up in SuperValu. It’s a great low carb addition to meals ;-)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl -
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce / Tamari
- 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- A squeeze of hot sauce - we used Sriracha. Add more if you like it Hot Hot!
Whisk up and season to taste.
You can dress the Salad before you plate up or as you go.
Top with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy :)
