- Rosie & Jim Chicken Fillets - or Goujons, Chunks - or our NEW Shredded Chicken!
- 250ml cream / plant based cream alternative
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook Rosie & Jim Chicken Breaded Fillets according to the instructions on the packet.
While they are cooking get your sauce ready:
Add cream to a pan and heat gently.
Add dried herbs and spices and whisk until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat to a medium heat, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Once the Rosie & Jim Fillets are cooked, add them to the pan to soak up the delicious sauce a little.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with your favourite side dish.
This would work with pasta, potatoes and even rice!
