Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken
Whole breast fillet chicken strips coated in salt and chilli flavoured gluten free breadcrumb.
Available from your local butcher.
For best results cook from frozen.
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan, Gas Mark 6.
Place shredded chicken on pre-heated baking tray and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning once during cooking time.
Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C. Place shredded chicken in the air fryer and cook for approx 7-9 minutes.
Deep Fat Fryer:
Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Place shredded chicken in the oil and fry for approx 3-5 minutes.
