Salt n’ Chilli Goujons

We are excited to announce that we have finalised our recipe for our newest product “Salt n’ Chilli” Goujons!
This is a battered Chicken Goujon with a tasty salt and chilli coating, which we are sure you will enjoy.

  • Individually frozen chicken portions.
  • Ready to cook.
  • Ideal for Supermarkets, Gourmet Foods stores, Butcher Shops, Cash and Carry’s.
  • Conveniently packed for Foodservice trade.

Cooking instructions:

For best results, cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 190ºC/375ºF/gas 5 (fan assisted ovens reduce temperature to 180ºC), bake product for 25-30 minutes.
If defrosting, defrost thoroughly in fridge, and subtract 10 minutes from cooking time.
